my settings arent working

im trying to set my settings a certain way but when i click save once i got it the way i like it it jsut resets and it never locks in idk what to do please help me fix this. its like my gamma my volume my screen res and my graphics settings

Perhaps your files are a bit messed up, have you tried reinstalling the correct way?

dude i did the clean reboot and now when i change the settings i click save and cf freezes and crashes

Not only rebooting your PC, but completely uninstalling cf and reinstalling it.
