My friends account got banned for no reason (definitely not hacking) HELP!

So yesterday my friend got his account banned for 1 day, we have no idea why and now today it says he got banned permanently! Like WHAT THE ****!?!?!!? Some jealous noob must have reported him for owning him in game or something. Oh and a reminder. HE DOESNT HACK! what do we do now instead of submitting support tickets?!?!

Have your friend send a support ticket. If he wasn't hacking, he won't get banned even if he got reported. There is nothing we can do for you over here, have the account owner send a support ticket.
