Ping Bug

Hey Guys
I have a problem with my ping.. my normal ping is like 133 but nowadays I don't know what is happening to my game.
my ping is 256 now and i'm sure it's not because of my internet connection.
I can't even play with that ping....
I really hope that you guys can help me
I think the problem is from my account or the game...

    You tried you restart your modem?

    by the way...are you turk by any chance?I can swear I already seen few turks having the same ping issue in the last days ( it might be area issue)
