changing PW

Hello everyone!
I've a little problem. I did not play CF for a long time now but when I tryed to login in the website it said wrong password. As I could not log in I change it. Went to my email and successfully changed it but when I try to login again it still doenst let me. I mean I change and it says my information was updated and stuff but if I try to login it says wrong password again.

Made already a ticket but as I dont remember some of the information I gave when I made the acc they said they needed more correct information so they could do something about it.

Im in a dillema here could someone help somehow? Maybe someone has a clue about wth is this... I would appreciate it!
