Don't play legit for events, 10 minutes=10 wins SND any map

I played 10 games with my friends the other day on Ankara 2.0 snd 5 rounds. I played EXACTLY 10 games and logged off afterwards. Today I checked the progress and it says 8/10. So I logged on and checked on the exit screen where it does tell you your previous session's results showing 10 games (4 wins 6 loses), which should be accurate. I took a screenshot and submitted a ticket. I think the issue was caused when I accidentally played 2 of the games in a UK server. The GM responded, changing servers will not affect the event, their logs have insufficient data to prove I've played 10 games. How the hell do I prove this then? I did in deed play exactly 10 games that day so screw it.
