I have a screenshot of a guy saying that he would give me free zp if I gave him my account name and password. Will he get banned if I report him and if so how would I report him using a support ticket. Is it under the complaints section?

Just choose "Other" That would work just fine.

I normally submit these things under "Violation Report" with the screenshot attached to the ticket.

If it does break any rules, the player could be seeing a 3 - 7 days ban.

Yes that break a rule as he is trying to scam you.

Either Complaint, Violation or Other would all work I guess

Even if it's been submitted at the wrong department by mistake, it gets forwarded to the right deparment, right?

I say this because it has happened to me in the past.

Unless support tells you to send it somewhere else (like if you had sent it to account recovery, for instance) then it will be looked at properly as if it was sent to the right department. Send us a ticket and we'll check it out. Make sure to include as much info as you can, including screenshots
