Can't log in into z8games account

2 weeks or so ago I could log into my account without a problem, but now it says ID format is invalid. I tried retyping, everything, I still can log into CF and play, but I can't go to my account on z8games. Which is not a big problem but I do want to buy ZP. I can't submit a ticked because I can't provide payment information. I haven't played for a year and of course having an account for 6 years it's inevitable that I forget my email and security question. So, can someone explain to me what is "ID format is invalid"?

Your most likely using some kind of special characters which are not allowed to be entered.

You can try to send in a support ticket explaining your situation on this account or you can PM one of the GMs.

We're aware of this issue and are looking into it. If you have symbols in your loginID you will be unable to use them. If your loginID is just letters/numbers make sure you aren't using any capitals.

More the fact that this was posted on Saturday, and today is the day we're back in the office
