Game Looks and Feels Laggy

Benq xl2411z 144hz

When playing the game it doesn't look or feel smooth. I feel like the older this game gets the worse it runs even on better hardware. Any fixes would be great!

Make sure you are running at 144hz in your settings.

Also try upgrading the drivers for your graphics card, if you haven't already.
