Lag Increase By 14-20

So lately, I was playing safely minding my own business,When I started to log off and take the day off. So The next day I open crossfire ,NOproblem.I log into uk4 and choose a channel.
After that I go ingame and my lag is 102.My actual average ping is 84.And I legit dont know whats happening.I am not the only one experiencing this problem many of my friends are{Not only players from egypt}
I would appreciate if you took time reading this and{THANK YOU}And please get to this as soon as possible as numerous players are caught in the web of this.
WAIT WAIT I JUST LOGGED IN NOW AND MY AVERAGE LAG IS A HIGHTENED PING IT IS AVERAGe 180
I recently even tried to reset my lease ,reset my connection and ip address. But my ping succeeds to go above 180 it stays at 184
I would appreciate any help
