Wrong mouse horizontal response

So I stopped playing this game for like 4y ago and I install it again today and the first thing I notice when I joined a match it was my mouse horizontal response. It is wrong and I can't move the crosshair proprely. It goes up and down like I'm moving it horizontally and this never happened before and Idk how to fix it. Help?

Have you tried to re-install your mouse driver? It might fix the problem.

I dout it, it only happens in this specific game, all the others are fine. I tought it was some resolution problem but I can't tell

How would you know if you haven't tried it?
