I tried to download, and this happened:

IPersistFile: Save failed; code 0x80070005
Access denied.

How do I solve this? (I used to have CrossFire downloaded but I uninstalled.)

You probably have Norton 360 anti virus ?

If yes, close it & download crossfire. After download add crossfire to your Norton exception list

If you have other kind of anti virus. Close it and do the same after downloading cf. Also add crossfire to your firewall exception list

I got it to work by restarting my computer, deleting the old files, and re-installing.
