Block From Nothing

Hi My IGN : -[T]eQuila.
my problem is : i had a high lag like 150~700 i tried to play match and i got CF client error 20_0 then i got disconnect
after about 30 mins i tried to login i had to go afk when i tried to login i saw that i got blocked for hour and 30 mins left idk why.
