CrossFire doesnt open after hgw

when i start the game and press play waiting for hgw to finsih and crossfire after hgw doesnt open

i downloaded the game again and i have the same thing can some admin help me

Did you add crossfire to your firewall & anti virus?

Try close both and start. If works then add crossfire to it.
