I wanted to ask something, why non respond to my support ticket? I need to get my acc back but no help i am waiting to find any answer i want to play really miss this game, miss my friends i dont want be so rude but please check my ticket and help me ialready know begging here wont help me, but i have nothing to do

Someone will reply when they are working. They work 9-5 their time, but they are based in Toronto. That is UTC-5, so 7 hours behind you. They also don't work weekends.

Try to look after your account, dont share login information, don't click any "free zp" offers etc and you won't lose it in the first place.
