Invalid Information
Hello, I changed my in game IGN and after a week of playing when I tried to log in it says invalid and I tried to forgot password it says email doesn't exist. I can no longer access my account nor play because of this crap. any GM can help me I tried sending ticket but support wont help me they just keep telling me to wait and resend after 90 days and that's freaking ridiculous/stupid. why cant I just get my account back asap? ... please GM send me message I wanna play..

The invalid information has nothing to do with your ingame name change. I guess there is a different reason. Sent a support ticket "account recover" prove them that you are the legit owner. Sent them every single detail. So they can help you faster. I guess they asked you to wait because they didn't understand you with this name issue.

The registered email address on any Z8Games account can only be changed once every 90 days. As the email address on this account has been changed in the past 90 days, we kindly ask you to submit a new request after this duration has ended.
If your account was compromised since the last email change through the support center, you will need to wait until this duration ended as well.

It was hacked by someone but luckily I got it back but in a few days everything was
Gone and I can't recover it because it doesn't have my email anymore >.> it always says doesn't exist and I sent a
Ticket about every informations and that's what they replied to me omfg,, I guess I'll just have to find a new game to play if the support is ******ed. -

Sounds to me like you took it from someone & they recovered it other wise you'd have the account back, Login id & Pw is alright but the security questions and similar account information is something any person would not be able to obtain unless the information was given to them by you or them to you. -

So is the account currently under your email address, are you sure you typed it properly? -

Do you use a domain out of the regular such as web.de or an email with a different domain other then .com? There should be no reason for that to be happening unless someone used support to take your account. -

Who do you think runs support exactly? That's the GM's. They're not going to help you here publicly.
Your login ID never changes in game? even if you change your IGN the login ID is the same - so not sure why it'd say invalid?
Also, if you lost access to everything, either you have shared account details or you have a bad keylogger or similar on your pc, clean it, or better yet, wipe it and do a fresh install of everything. -
It's probably because of that key logger cause I installed an unknown exe
File , I filed a ticket about my account every informations they're all right but they just keep telling me that your email address can only be changed once every 90 days we kindly ask you to submit a new request after this duration has ended I mean that's literally dumb as **** why wait after 90 days ?
