What is bonus day? I missed first day..

You won't receive the 5 crates. But you still will receive the rewards you playing for. Note that the rewards will be given after the new patch.

If you completed the tasks you will get all the weapons in the next maintenance.

Where is the crates??

I have all my guns, and did all the tasks, but the rewards are normal 3 days not extended, and I don't even have the crates in my inventory? Is this happening to anyone else?

Well I just sent in a support ticket about it, hopefully they respond. It's not asking for much, just trying to get the rewards I earned and completed from doing all the tasks.
