This happens way too much.
I've heard that it's something to do with DirectX and not the client itself. However, I'm not 100% certain on this.
I would wait until tomorrow's patch, see if it happens after that. If it does, send a ticket to support and see if they confirm what I've heard.
I've tried reinstalling and all of the other "problem solving" ways, it just hasn't helped.
Especially because the room crashes for everyone, not just me (or you).
