SMG and RIFLE magazine items don't work

I purchased and turned on those magazines but it didn't work in all of the game modes.
I have tested different guns and game modes but it was still not working.
How can I fix it?

Used my mg mag and didnt get any extra ammo in mm.

Hi I was having the same issue. The problem is that you probably own either more than one mag or you have one of those new ZM pouches. In both cases it causes an error where it doesn't register the extra mags. To solve this you can use non equipped characters and attach any and all mags or pouches that you don't want equipped. Another thing that I've found is that you will have no problems if you only own ONE extra mag. This is probably the most sure for way.
