I was wondering if i could reclaim my old account from a long time ago. The account's name has one of those AAAA_123456789 names. I forgot the username to the account and was wondering if there was any way I could retrieve it.

You have to give them all the information you remember, such as old passwords, (If) ingame names, security answers.. emails. Maybe payment prove like PayPal. or Phone numbers, if you ever bought zp with that things. You know the rule, they only help. when you can prove you are the legit owner.
