Forgot my username and email.
Hello I have a problem I forgot to login and soap to my old Account, but I remember that there is also a nickname (not completely) if possible as any to remind me loin or email?

    The support team can't give you the ID if you've forgotten it. If you do have it and you still have the email, you can send a password recovery if thats the issue. To do this, you will need to click "Forgot your Password" which is under the login. From here, you need to enter your email which will send instructions on how to change your password with a link.


    If that fails, I suggest to send a ticket through Support.
