Now im perma banned!!

A few days ago, i got a ban for 24h because of "hack" although i did not use hacks! Now i am banned permanently!! The same error, the same issue but now permanent! What the f.. is wrong with this game? Since 2009 i am playing this game and spent thousands of EUROS! I want a clear answer of the staff. I already send a ticket. Like before and it said "after carefully investigations there have been found bla bla bla". But what exactly has been found? This automatically answers sucks, i am sorry! The staff can not exactly say, what caused the ban. If any GM reads this, please check my account once again. I don't want to quit the game like this, i don't deserve this! As i said before, i did not hack but this is the second time i get a ban, and now for ever!
