24h ban because of ?

Hey staff, i am playing this game for a long long time. 2009 was the year i discovered Crossfire. Since then, i was clean and i am still clean (never used hacks/bots/macros or stuff like that) But unfortunately, when i was ingame this morning, i received an error after a few minutes. It is called "Hacktool has been detected" and i am pretty sure, everyone of you knows this issue. I was like "okay, nevermind i know this issue and i will get banned for 1 minute". But when i tried to log in again, i was banned 24h instead of 1 minute. I do not want to lose my Honorable Soldier Ribbon because of this stupuid error. Can someone of the staff check my account?
