Ask your ISP.

If it was a server problem, everyone would have the problem, not just people using TE Data/Egyptian ISPs.

It appears they have put a cap on the tunnel used to connect to the UK Servers, resulting in unstable pings.

Yeah, sorry, if we could help, we would, but it is beyond our control.
Basically as soon as the information leaves the servers, it is in your ISP's hands to decide where it goes/how it gets there, and how much data they will accept from each IP range at any one time - it appears they have throttled the speeds from the CF UK server IP range, essentially creating a bottleneck which affects everyone...

If they don't have a problem. Then they don't. Simple as that. Check your ping at other games. Look if you still lagg.

When a company based in the middle east wants to buy a license for it, then they can host a server, until then, no company is going to invest in a server they dont have a license for. It has been said countless times before.

But sending that picture means nothing? I can send a picture of me pinging a server close to me, so my ping will be small...why does that mean I should get the same ping to a server on the other side of the world..? That's clearly a game server based in the middle east...so obviously his ping will be lower...Why does that mean his ping should be lower on a totally different server, further away?

And once again, I will comment to say, TeData seems to be throttling the bandwidth to the CF servers across the WHOLE of Egypt...meaning they have a "tunnel" that is a set size 24/7...the more people they have playing, the slower it will be for everyone. Imagine you have a straw in a drink. It is just you drinking from it, so it's fine...then suddenly 5 friends come round and also want to drink it, from the same straw. Suddenly each of you is going to get less, as the straw size hasn't changed, but you have more people using it to get the drink...That's a very basic analogy for how internet speeds work with limited bandwidth/throttling.
