Strange !!

Z8 will just tell you that, the problem is from your side, contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider), ect..

IK those types of in-game symptoms, as myself and many others in-game (who don't even bother with forums) suffer the same issues too. Both UK and NA servers (mainly UK) seem to have a problem with connection stabilities, as at random and very often times, players get abnormal and way too high numbers of ping spikes for a few seconds.. although it will go back to normal right after that experience occurs, it's very annoying and can affect game performances and frustrate players with no doubt.

I am with VM (ISP) and I have up to 50Mbs broadband speed.. yet, I still suffer the same problems, with the game at any given time.. so, it's obvious that there's something wrong and not from my side, because I have more than enough stable speed for this game!

@ sahibinden - Just try contact Support Center, as here is not much help.. and be detailed with them, let them know, when/where/how you get these ping problems and also tell them what type of internet connection/speed you use, so they can see what it could be causing your problem. GL!

Why waste supports time? It is to do with the ISP.

I have a 40Mbs internet with PlusNet and I NEVER see these issues...nor do most people. Because my speeds aren't filtered or throttled.

Get a reliable internet connection and you wont see these issues. TEData seem to have throttled the tunnel for the CF Servers, resulting in these issues that EVERYONE using TEData are experiencing.

I am using VirginMedia, unlike most with TEData. One VM's Policy is that anyone with and above 30Mbs (I got 50Mbs), only get speed restricted (traffic managed) for an hour or +, when exceeding upload threshold (750MB) during evening times (4pm-11pm - Mon-Fri). I guess that CF gaming uses up a lot of Upload Data?

If it's that fair enough but I don't think it is..

Anyway, I hope to soon get out of VM (regardless of what's causing spikes at times) & maybe go to BT, which is more reliable.

Yeah, plusnet is good too - basically BT with better deals and UK call centres/support, if you want help with anything let me know - I might be able to get you a decent deal with a referral...
