It says "Your account has been permanently blocked".

Well, I did logged in from a long time from my account, then I downloaded the game again, it opened and everything, but once I wrote my username and password, it says to me "Your account has been permanently blocked". Before, when I used to play, everything was fine, then I left the game for a long time, and I came back, and now it says that I'm permanently blocked. I didn't used any kind of hack or anything to get blocked. So, please if you can unblock me, to play once again, because I'm sure it was wrong ban/block, I didn't do anything to get permanently blocked. Thanks in advance! ((Waiting for your reply)).
