Is the heightened ping across modes or specific modes only? All modes
What is your 'normal' ping? 90 : 110
What is your current ping? 400 : 7000
Is your network wired or wireless? Wireless
Is your ping heightened ALL the time or spiking, or on specific times? All the time I have it from 2 weeks and please,Anyone help me to solve it IGN:X.[O]ne Clan:OhShiiit

Did you try playing crossfire with a wlan cable. (Internet cable) ? It could do wonders.

Servers are not the problem (as the GMs say), the problem is with your internet provider.
