The game was working well after implementation steps for 2 days only
1) Uninstall the game completely, and delete Z8Games folder from your program files folder
2) Perform system cleaning (Ex. Using CCleaner)
3) Disable your Anti-Virus real-time protection
4) Re-download the newest version of the game http://crossfire.z8games.com/downloadS2.aspx
5) Install the game
6) Add CrossFire and Crossfire folder to your Anti-Virus and Firewall exceptions list
7) Close all programs running in the background
8) Re-enable your Anti-Virus real-time protection
Since yesterday game corrupt again ,, Most of the players have lag not iam only ( see attachments )
normal lag : ( 90 : 110 )
current lag : about ( 600 : 6000 )
ip : 156.***.**.**

Thank you for contacting Z8Games Support Center.
There are several factors that can affect your ping/latency, such as heavy internet traffic at the time, distance between your computer and our servers, congested routers, and inadequate bandwidth.
Currently, our servers are located in North America and Western Europe. This means that the further you are from the server locations, the more likely that you can experience latency increase.
Latency/ping cannot be tweaked by the end user except if you have software on your computer that is affecting your latency. Therefore, there is no way for Z8Games Support to accurately determine what the cause of your latency increase is.
Please consult with your Internet Service Provider if anything has been changed in your internet settings and the traffic in your area. Also, some users reported a decrease in latency after updating graphic card drivers and lowering their graphic settings.

Turn off your modem at night and turn it back on in the morning and see if you experience any more lag spikes. Hope that helps.They told me we do not support the ping but support the downloading and uploading So I went to those responsible for ping

Or tell the company to test your internet. And explain you are unhappy. Talking about ping won't help since they mostly don't even know what ping is. They will blame the game directly. -

Ping is Directly related to your ISP.
The ping is not to do with the GM's.
Ping = the time taken to get a packet from a source (in this case the server) to your host machine. The server distributes all packages at the same time to all players, beyond that it is down to Telecom's companies to carry the packet along the wires/fibre however they see fit.
They can choose to route it in a particular way, or limit traffic to certain IP ranges/servers etc as seems to be the problem in this case.

Said the same before but they dont listen. -
Last month I was lag spiking the whole month which lasted till the end of March but I contacted my ISP and they told me to reset my modem and do some stuff on the website associated with my internet and my ping was fine afterwards

Your ISP could help you not Z8 since the servers seem to be working fine.
