Problems with E-mail about reseting a password.

Hi, my friend got a problem with reseting a password. He was waiting few times for e-mail but it hasn't arrived. Next Problem is that he can't log in in game right now. Is there any chances to get a password back?

Your best solution here is to request for a new password. To do this, you will need to click "Forgot your Password" which is under the login. From here, you need to enter your email which will send instructions on how to change your password with a link.

Send a support ticket because it might be a problem from Z8's side not yours.

He did that but he's not receiving an email.

Check your Junk folder as well.

Check your spam box.

When i pressed lost pw. Email din't came either. Then i discover that idk how. But blocked emails of crossfire. So make sure you check your spam/block list.
If not. Then sent a support ticket.

Some email servers block emails from CrossFire - try changing the email to a gmail one through support ticket - that's what I ended up having to do. Since I've done that, all the emails have come through fine.
