AK47 Iron Beast/Transformers project(papercraft)
I was thinking of starting to work on it next week since I have a couple of them free but when I saw it's 3d model I fainted.

Look on the left how uneven and complicated the surface is,its not as flat/straight as I thought it would be xD The model is even "lagging" inside the program when I move it thats how complex it is (on the barrett there was no lag at all)
Hopefully I'll have this finished by the end of summer lel.
Very laterrr edit: Current progress:

Is it easy to use or its just modeling software?
Pepakura is the program where you split the model into pieces and arrange them for printing, its not a modeling software, you need to have the 3d model ready and textured prior to using Pepakura.Good luck!
Thanks! -

Unfortunately not
,but you can give a try yourself with the pistols and melees I posted, they're the easiest to craft. The kukri would be the easiest but the handle is a bit hard-ish xD -

Printed it today/yesterday(time zones) time to start working on it and turn it into an Iron Beast.
Since I wont work each day,idk how long it will take me but it will take me less since theres only 18 pages of pieces while the Barrett had 32 pages.(and yes poor photo quality, its night here lel) -

But why wouldn't you buy an actual AK47 and just add that stuff around it...
Because I will have to do the same stuff, just around a real ak.It's faster and cheaper like this as I want to make it exactly like the ingame one.
There is however a black m4a1-s iron beast made for airsoft, idk how expensive that is though.
edit::all the materials and printing for the barrett only costed me @25$ -

But you would have a functional weapon. -
A lil teaser update, why not? This is all thats done so far (the buttstock isnt "glued" to the main body yet, thats when all parts are done)

Barely have free time to work on this.....oh well.
Edit: I've been told that the knife's "handle" on this AK looks like the laser dagger one xD -
