Crossfire RankUP Gift

Okay, so recently I've ranked up, like a couple of days ago, so I waited a bit because I taught it would take like 2 - 3 days before receiving my rankup gift. So, after waiting for a couple of days. I never received my rankup crate. I was kinda disappointed because it took me so long to rank up. Yet, I still wanna rankup. I am not that mad, I was just disappointed that you know, I never got my crate.
