Lag can be caused by many different factors. Make sure there is nothing wrong on your end. Then I would suggest to send in a support ticket explaining that your ping has come up. Support will check if it is anything there side.
P.S. The servers are located in Germany and are not aimed for Egyptians players. -
i sent a support ticket then no useful reply ( My problem is continuing )
Some Egyptians have ping ! Others do not have ping . it's not fair .
ping did not exist before ( march of the ghost ) Fix the error by new patch .

yet 80% of this games players are eygptians(how odd)
