Cant join my item storage

when i try to see my items... the game closes... i've tried nothing... but i dont want to download the game again cause my internet is too slow... any ideas?
if nothing works im going to download it again

, and i want to change my namecards, etc.

hi, i can do join my storage, im talking about the item section... idk if a ticket is going to help... :P i know maybe the final way to repair it is to download the game again... but my internet is too slow to do that :-:
