There's no need in this thread. He will or another GM will look into the ticket once they have finished with the other tickets that were posted before yours.

Regarding tickets, you'll have to deal with them in our support system. Whatever our support staff says over there is the answer, and unfortunately the forums can not and will not change that. If you're having trouble recovering you're account, there is probably a reason.
