I really need help on my account issue, please help me
Hello kindly staff, here is the clarification about a support centre flagged account and I hope this ticket will be noticed by you:
My original crossfire account number is zjh1224, however, my original account and email have been stolen by computer virus in January of this year, and the hacker just stole my crossfire account and changed the email through the password of my email (He recorded both information by virus). Then, the hacker used my crossfire account intentionally send a ticket to your support centre in order to claim about that this account has been shared or traded with others without any evidence or historical information. Under this circumstance, this stolen account has againsted the rule of z8games and therefore the support centre will not provide any further assistance regarding this account in further request, which means I cannot retrieve my account based on historical information in account recovery area because the support centre employee just simply believed what hacker lied in ticket and therefore flagged this account. I was really sad and tried to explain the issue in the account recovery ticket, but the reply from support employees is always the same, that is they cannot help me because my account has against the rule that share or trade account with others. I swear I never did things about that, because I spent over 20,000 dollars on this account and never been banned for any reasons, why would I do this? It is obviously that hacker just intentionally used my account to claim that in ticket in order to prevent me recover my account in legal way.
It's really crucial for me because the hacker just stole my account, changed the email address throught my email but I cannot recover my account through support center in such a legal way. Please help me to recovery my account, because I am the real owner of this account. The stolen account is zjh1224 and I still hold all of accurate historical information needed in account recovery page about the account as you can see. I tried so many ways to retrieve this lost account, even I opened thread on crossfire support centre, all the response I got is that they suggested me to send this ticket to you support staff as you can see in screenshot. They mentioned some of this kind of account issue have been managed, I hope you are the one who can help me to manage this issue under your power.
