My SUBWAY gift card not working.

I just want to deposit zp by subway gife card in Canada. I check the code and balance, there is no mistake on my gift card. But when i try to pay, an error shows on the webpage.
My card has been already activiated via cashier, and I have one successes paid few days ago. Is there any bug or issue on giftcard system?
Need help.
