Lag lag lag

before the last patch my ping was on uk server like 80-90
now it always lag from 180 to 2000
my ping spike alote
and plz dont say its related to my ISP because my internet is stable
when i log to america server my ping be stable at 170
so its not my ISP or my PC
plz fix this cuz i can not play and my items that i won will be lost
plz again note that there is some thing wrong with the UK SERVERS (ALL UK SERVERS)

NOTE: i play this game for 5years now
so i know when i lag cuz of ISP or SERVER ISSUE
