Banned perm for no reason with razor game booster??

Hello i recently got a perm banned from my account.

I haven't used any exploits on cf all i did was wanted to increase my fps

So I ran it with Razor gamebooster and i got an xtrap error

So I ran it again with Razor and come to surprise it said hack tool detected.
I didn't had any hacks or malicious programs open.
So when I came back it said my account was perm banned

I didn't think using razor game booster would ban me perm

And i think my account is being used my someone else or hacked because i was getting signed out by another person sometimes

So can you please unbann my account i worked to hard to get the stuff and rank i have on it now
