Patcher V11 Possible Memory Leaks

Today whilst installing updates after downloading the game i was unable to open any software on my windows 8.1 OS.

I was trying to find a was to view a DEV log being spammed but i couldn't hardly navigate through my computer until the updates were finished, thus no progress with trouble shooting.

To clarify i did install this on a separate hard drive ( E drive) I figured this could also have been a problem conflicting with flooding errors making my pc drag down.

I would like to state my specs briefly:

3.3 GHz AMD Phenom X6 OC'ed | AMD 7990 OC'ed | 8GB Ram
