Problem with Ribbon

Hey guys!
This is my first topic for me here^^. I just want to know if this bug or I didn't get the ribbon idea, so please expailn me.
I have 2 Thomposn weapoun and I got them like 6 months ago, and still I didn't get this award "You own a Thompson, Winchester and the Winchester Scope."

If you have Thompson, Winchester and Winchester scope and didn't receive this ribbon just go to Support.z8games.com with SS from this guns in your storage and they will slove your problem.

3 days ago I had 53 ribbons, Now I have 51.? what gives? I lost 2 ribbons..........................................................[] just got the pink ribbon and the pink perm de. total should be 54?
