I need some help !!

Normal i play on europa server..
Now I downloaded crossfire at z8games.com and i can log in with my account to the homepage. i bought 22.000zp but i cant log in into the game?
It give me this error: This service is not avaible in your region.. But when i check the homepage i got my 22k zp and just can check everything on the site but no online gaming like wtf?

Now my 20 euro is gone or someone that can help me with this problem?

CrossFire NA has blocked all new accounts creation from Europe. Therefore, players from Europe can't play this version. However, there is a European version of CrossFire and you can play on that. Link: http://crossfire.gamerage.com/
