Well i can tell you drew it using some sort of application or tablet.
I draw all of mine using Photoshop by hand which is pretty hard tbh XD but it allows me to go into fine details. Like single pixel details. Also photoshop lets me delete the background.
i also put a black outline around her and her features.

I made this one, i know isnt FSJAL, but still a meme, the original template is called Dolan/Spoderman
