Well, you do have the next best thing. I believe he goes by the name 124ahmed124. You should check his videos out, he is an outstanding player. If you be patient enough he will learn enough editing skills to achieve better or similar level of skill presented in this video.

The best editor in my eyes is Fabian. He edit so good that he won movie awards, and he making montages for 20 dollar each now. Imagine how good he is if he can ask that amount.

He's surely a great editor (despite over doing it in some scenes) but I doubt he is the best. If I could edit like that though, I would celebrate by running around naked in my neighbourhood, until the Metropolitan Police would catch me. ^_^
