Can not create codename

Ok so I'm new to this server. When I started this game for the first time, I was asked to set my codename. However when I pressed the "Confirm" button, nothing happened. It 's just stucked there. I could even exit the game without Task-manager. Can any1 help me to fix this?

    It probably means that the Ign is taken, I'm not sure though, the best way to get help would be to send a support ticket.
