Game cant load!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I try to play crossfire, I opened crossfire launcher, and I clicked the yellow PLAY batten, then the HGW game watcher and the X trap showed up and both of them loaded to 100%, after the HGW and X trap disappear, nothing shows up. (no error, no massage, nothing) Usually the crossfire will pop up,but it wont pop up now, I tried reinstall game, but not helpful. please help.
