My game is not loading because the HGWC error

When I try to run my game, on the Hacking Gateway Client(HGW) it stop and the windows jump up says the HGW is not working and force to close the game... Even I try to dowload the new game file it still the same problem.... this problem is come to me for a few day already OMG help me ..
