i tried all solution i found :
installing a new windows.
reinstalling the game again.
downloading the game and installing it.
updating my drivers.
installing directx.
removing my antivirus.
and the did nothing.

Did you do a CLEAN reinstall though? as in, uninstall it, then perm delete (shift+delete) the ENTIRE z8games folder from program files, then restart the PC and download the new installer?

Have you added CF and its associated folders to the exceptions on your antivirus/firewall?
Have you made sure your computer has the specs to run CF?
Is it possible you're running something else in the background that is interfering?
Did you try changing any files? (This often causes this type of error)

What OS is your pc running? (Windows 7, Windows 8, etc)
