socket error:w[2000]L[10022]

I can not login the game since tonight, every time i opened the game , there was a dialog coming out:"socket error:w[2000]L[10022].
I have uninstalled the game and re-installed the game twice, and it doesn't work.
Please help me with that. Thank you!

BTW, the game was operation the night before, and my computer system is win 7 pro 64 bit.

Can you post a picture of the error, and have you sent in a support ticket yet?

Post a Screen Shot so we may see the error

Also i suggest you open a Support ticket and add that screen shot to the ticket so the support team may assist/help you!
