Hacking Report History - Some tickets do not show

Whenever I usually submit a hack report, it shows up in the Hack Report History. However, when I submit a hack report and there is a lot of information in the details field, (I think this is the cause) it does not show up in my hack report history, so I don't know whether the ticket has actually gone through or not. Am I worrying about nothing or does it not submit if you type too much information?

Hi I actually sent in a support ticket about this because I was having the same issue and it seems that if it isn't showing up it wasn't sent. It's a pain, but we just have to send it all again. My advice is to turn on your auto fill feature so you can make the process quicker and to copy/paste any comments that you make.

I also had this problem awhile back and sent a ticket and they still never fixed it ...
