Failed to connect to server inside the game all the time ...really !!

it has been 3 days going on like that 3 days i restart router 20 times daily , open fire wall for every **** file in crossfire , putting dns , local,international and alien and nothing till now nothing removed to the game and installed nothing all the time same error thank you crossfire for caring over facebook and all with out mention problem over 1000 person having go up fix it
