Autopatch freezeing

Everytime I start the game and the patcher comes up it gets stuck on this.

I'v done everything that support told of me but to no avail I would very much like a real solution to this rather then a bunch of generic solutions that are not working.

sometimes you neeed to wait 20 minutes to patch the game, do not worry, you need to wait that nis normal for me man
